Unit3 Our animal friends 教材分析
一、 教学目标:
1. 通过阅读,理解文本中的语言:arm , body , leg, tail, wing, foot,
They have no legs or arms. One is red and the other is black.
2. 了解并能正确朗读文本中用来描述动物特征的句子: They have…
It has…
3. 能初步感知、理解文本,并能准确地朗读和复述文本。
二、 教学重难点:
1. 能初步运用句子:It’s… / They’re … ; It has…/ They have… ; It
can…/ They can… 来描述动物朋友。
2. 能正确理解:They have no legs or arms. One is red and the other
is black.
三、教学准备: 多媒体课件,板书
四、教学过程:
Pre- class
Enjoy a song. “Head, shoulders, knees and toes”
Step1. Pre- reading
1. Game:Brain storm
Say the similar words: head, yellow, swim, monkey
2.教学 one…the other…
(1) T:You know so many animals. I took some animal pictures. Look!
(2) Do you like them? (PPT出示动物图片)
T:Look at the two elephants. One is , the other is .
教学 other 由mother到other, 再到the other
(3) 同法比较白熊,黑熊。
(4) 同法比较猴子手臂,教学 arm, 由art到arm。
(5) 比较fish 简授 tail
3.教学rabbit, body
T:Look, this fish has a big tail, that fish has a small tail, and the rabbit
has a short tail.

T:The rabbit has a short tail, but it has a big body.

4.揭题
T:Just now we talked about animals. Do you like animals?
S:Yes!
T:Here’s a story about animals for you. “Our animal friends”(板书)
Step2. While-reading
1.Watch and match
T:In the story, there are four children. Who are they?
Ss:They’re Nancy, Mike, Liu Tao and Su Hai. (板书)
T:Let’s watch the cartoon and try to find what animal friends do they
have. Open your books, turn to P28, try to finish the match.
Check the answer.
Retell it.

(1) 根据提示词,学生先描述。
T:Look at Nancy’s fish. Can you say something about the fish? You

(2) Read and fill in the form.
T:OK, now turn to page 26, read picture1 and finish the form. Read
loudly and underline the sentences.

3. 小结 1、4幅图
T:Look at the two paragraphs again. Who would like to read
the red/blue/black words?
T: They’re about colors/ features/ abilities. We can use ‘It is/
They are’/ ‘It has/ They have’/ ‘It can/ They can’.
T:When we describe our animal friends, we can write about
their colors, their features and their abilities.
4. 教学Picture 2 and 3
(1) Read and fill.
T: In this way, please read Picture 2 and 3 in pairs, then finish
the form on your paper.
(2) Check the answer.
(3) Read and retell.
Step3 Post-reading
1. Read the whole text.
2. Retell it. 师示范,生练习和展示。
3. Enjoy some animal pictures.
T: Animals are our good friends. So we should love them and
protect them.
Step4 Homework
1. Read and try to retell the story.

教学目标:
1、能够听懂、会说、会读卡通故事中出现的词汇::fingers,
hard, give,
2. 能够流利地表达It has .. .. We have....的意思;
3. 能够理解并掌握It likes....用法;
4 能够听懂、会说、会读日常用语:Ouch!
5. 能够整体理解并简单表演卡通对话
教学重难点:
1.学生能正确理解、朗读Cartoon time中的故事,能读懂其中的
趣味之处,能在教师的指导下表演故事;
2. .了解字母U在单词中的发音。
教学过程:
Step1. Warm up.

Step 2. Presentation

What’s the pronunciation of the letter u?
Can you write more words?
This time, let’s try to say other words.
让学生寻找已学的含有音素/Λ/的单词,如:under, fun, hungry 等。
3.跟着录音学习rhyme

1. Talk about the pictures
阅读故事,理解大意。教师安排学生阅读故事,画出含有It has ....,
让学生有目的地阅读故事。
2.Say the sentences with” It has ...”
1)It has ten legs.
2)It has eight legs.
3)It has big arms.
4)It has a big body too.
3. Read and answer:
教师设计问题,进一步来检测学生的理解情况
1) Who is their new friend?(The crab is their new friend.)
2) What can the crab do?(It can run.)
3) How many legs and arms does it have?(It has two arms and
eight legs.)
4) How is its body?(It’s body is big and hard.)

自由对话,既复习了前面课文中学到的重点句型,也是为下面
的检测巩固做基础。

让学生分小组写出各自喜欢的动物朋友,发挥小组合作,提优
补差。

通过小组讨论交流,让学生正确使用单词的单复数形式,鼓励
学生综合运用一起学过的词汇,如颜色和形体特征类的词汇。
让学生学会更加熟练的运用Unit1 的There be 句型。教师在指导
中注意学生对
have和has的使用情况。
