Step1. Warm up

1. Greeting

T: Good morning/afternoon，boys and girls,

2.头脑风暴: 快速说出学过的职业类单词。

3. Enjoy some pictures.

教后反思

小学英语六年级下册第八单元Our dreams (Story time) 部分是说明型的语篇阅读教学。不同于其他的小故事，本篇短文阐述性较高，趣味性较低，所以为了避免学生学习过程中的枯燥乏味之感，提高学习本文的趣味性非常重要。因此，在阅读过程中，重在培养学生的阅读兴趣，教会学生简单的阅读策略。　　

小学高年级学生已有一定知识经验积累，出现了初步的抽象思维，逐步能透过现象深入事物的本质，已能预见事物的结果。因此，我根据学生的认知规律安排教学活动，也要针对不同学生的不同学习能力，采取不同的教学引导或师生合作、生生合作等形式，让所有的学生都能参与课堂活动，以便各有所获。　　

 而课堂中，对于学生敢于提出问题的行为，我首先应给予肯定，至于提出、回答的正确与否，则是第二位的，可以由学生集体讨论逐步澄清。只有这样，才能创设一种宽松、和谐、合作、民主的课堂气氛，也只有在这样的课堂气氛中，才能使每个学生树立起学习信息，让学生体验成功的喜悦。　　

我认为，激发学生对学科兴趣的过程中，不能只停留在课堂表面的“活”，“乐”中。我们更要注重学科本身，从学得后产生的成功体验来不断滋长兴趣，挖掘学生学习的内驱力。在教学中我们应该做到面向全体，分层教学。在教学过程中，不可回避的如何对待优中差生。我们设计的活动要注重面向全体学生，难度适中，让大家都参与。可以根据学生的个人素质，性格特点，记忆力反应速度等，因材施教，分层要求，以求最有效的激励机制促学生不断上进。 上完课后，我看看每个环节，好像都是环环相扣，但是对于文本再构这块显得有些力不从心。再者，就是对于篇章的定位处理稍欠全面，至于写作指导是比较到位的。
