Unit5 What do they do?(第一课时)

一、教学内容 text,Think and write
二、教学目标: 1.理解、掌握对话内容,能用正确的语音语调朗读对话,并初步表演对话。 2.能正确运用日常交际用语:What does he/she do? He/She is a teacher/ worker/factory/writer . . . 3.能听懂、会说、会读单词:writer,at home,sick,people,factory,cook,driver,farmer, policeman.
三、教学重点: 能正确理解对话内容,朗读对话,初步表演对话。
四、教学难点 能听懂、会说、会读单词:writer,at home,sick,people,factory,cook,driver,farmer,policeman.
五、教具准备: 单词卡片,人物图片,多媒体
六、教学过程
Step1.Warm up & Lead in
1. Free talk T: (请一名学生站起来) What do you like? S: I like . . . T: What does your father like? S: He likes . . .
2. Work in pairs.
3. T:(接着最后一名学生的回答) Your father likes . . . What does your father do?(PPT出示此句并出示汉语意思) T: A worker? A farmer? ... ( PPT: A. a worker(一名工人) B. a farmer(一名农民) . . . ) 生选择 T: Oh your father is ...?What do you do?(PPT出示此句并出示汉语意思) S: I’m a student.
Step2. Presentation
1. PPT出示Su Hai and Mike 的图

教学反思:
本单元的主题是询问他人的职业,比较贴近学生的生活实际。因此,在一开始,我先利用问答试图活跃学生的氛围,并复习一下之前所学的几个职业词汇,farmer, worker等,但是学生由于过的时间比较长,所以可能忘记了。在询问学生其他所知道的职业时,由于学生的预习工作做得不是特别深入,所以可能不是特别了解,因此在导入环节多花了一些时间。改进方案是首先要让学生更加充分地预习词汇,其次可以适当地减低一些难度,可以给一些图片或者单词填空的形式,让学生可以有梯子借着往上爬。在教授文本时在让学生朗读课文时,标记重音和停顿花去了一些时间,因此给学生朗读的时间比较少。可以让学生看着黑板上已给的提示进行朗读而不需要学生再自己去朗读。可以给学生充分朗读的时间。然后,在课堂中设计了一些练习的题目,主要是想锻炼学生的听力和对于职业类词汇的一个掌握情况。锻炼下来发现学生已基本上能够听懂该被描述的职业内容,做出正确的选择。但是由于这部分时间花的比较长,可以适当做出改进,减少一些题目量。接着我设计了让学生听一首歌,从而渗透一些更多的职业类词汇,并且简单的展示动词如何变成名词,可以再后面加上er或者or等形式,也可以让学生适当地进行一个休息。最后,有一个介绍自己以后职业的拓展活动,锻炼学生综合运用句型和词组,可以进行小组交流的形式进行探讨和展示。并且进行一个情感的渗透,热爱每一份职业。
从整节课来看,对于课堂活动的调控能力还不够,有些地方做的比较拖沓,所以导致时间比较紧张。其次,对于学生的情况还不是特别了解。因此,对
